About Us
A high-quality infant and toddler program
Our Vision
We envision a world where every child has the opportunity to explore and enrich their world physically, emotionally, and intellectually in an environment that supports and respects each child.
Our Purpose
We operate a parent-cooperative childcare center, the philosophy of which is to provide an environment that supports and respects the child as they are through the guidance of qualified teachers.
Our Guiding Principles
The following four principles shall guide the Cooperative and the Board’s decisions, priorities, and budget allocations:
1
Provide a Reggio Emilia-inspired educational program that promotes the development of children, preparing children for their future learning and social environments
2
Provide the above high-quality educational programming in a flexible schedule that can serve both part-time and full-time care needs
3
Manage the educational program in cooperation with the Cooperative, the Board, and staff
4
Instill diversity, inclusivity and cultural acknowledgement throughout the Cooperative membership and educational programming
Active learning, social interaction, and a positive learning environment
Our curriculum is based on the Reggio Emilia Approach. Reggio Emilia centers the image of a child as being a competent, engaged citizen. The curriculum encourages children to actively explore their environment and express themselves through the use of materials all within a rich social setting
Our Commitment
Diversity
Our community has differences and variations that include (but are not limited to) race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, language, and religion.
Equity
Our community ensures we have equally high outcomes of access, opportunities, and successes for all individuals regardless of any social or cultural factors.

Our community values the perspectives and contributions of all people and intentionally incorporates their diverse needs and beliefs into our daily work together.
Belonging
Our community members feel they can show up and let themselves be seen and known as they are.
